How can I prepare Project Documentation in Final Year of MCA/B.Tech(CS/IT)/Computer Science/BCA/Diploma

When we submit project in final year of any branch, such as MCA/B.Tech(CS/IT)/BCA/M.Sc.IT, we should be represent in systematic way. That means, an effective project has good documentation. There are some necessary points, which are included in project documentation.

Content of Synopsis

The sequence in which the Synopsis should be arranged an as follows:

• Cover Page & Title Page.

• Company letter (approval of training).

• Company details.

• Contact no ,personal detail.

• Guide name(intemal/mentor)

• Platform

Front-end

Back-end

• Software specifications.

• The dimensions should be 290mm x 205mm. Standard A4 size Executive Bond Paper (297mm x 21Omm) paper.

• The size of Synopsis should not exceed 25 pages.

• Project Synopsis should be in spiral binding.

• Font style-Times New Roman, Bold ,Centre.

• Font size (heading) - 14, Font size (paragraphj-l Z

• Contents of explanation of each heading must be 200-250 words .
